It’s getting close to the start of the season!! Here are the dates for the League meetings which will be held in the tournament room at The Rotary Place!
Tuesday March 6th 7-9
Tuesday March 20th 7-9
Wednesday April 4th 7-9

Please have your roster and first deposit of $500.00 at first meeting. We accept email transfers for league fees Reminder only two team reps at each meeting. I will be sending out an email to all team reps with more info

I have booked the Tournament Room at Rotary for Thursday @ 7:30pm for all coed reps to attend a prep meeting to discuss items related to the coed year-end tournament please.

Items will include clarification on the days events, rules and items such as the markers for the 175’ line.

All teams participating in the year-end day should plan to attend please.

For everyone playing at Tudhope/Udell (well actually I guess every diamond in Orillia) for the remainder of the year:

Please be aware that construction on Atherley Road is causing SIGNIFICANT traffic issues so please factor that into your travel plans.

Game times will not be altered, and as always there is only ten minute grace for the FIRST game of the night. Games 2 and 3 get zero grace, so make sure you arrive on time.

Team Administrators/Reps: Since the playoff season is upon us and with several Coed rain-outs still to be rescheduled it is imperative to keep an eye on your Teampages messages. If this is something you can’t do delegate it to someone who can and send me a message to add them as an Administrator for your team (you can have more than one). Even if a request is made and your team can not accommodate it please respond so we can proceed with plan ‘B’. Be prepared to have time slots shifted up as playoff series end to efficiently utilize diamond time and umpires, I will not shift a game up more than one time slot scheduled for that evening. Teams with bye’s, watch the Round 1 series in case the last game is not required and you are contacted to start early. Winners of playoff games must have game scores entered immediately so standings are up to date.
